CONTINENTAL TECHNIQUES Lesson 6.6
Working back and forth and forming a selvage stitch (fabric edge)
Always knit the last stitch and keep the yarn at the back of the work when turning
your work
If the second stitch should be formed as a knit stitch keep the yarn at the back
of the work, slip the first stitch and knit the second stitch
If the second stitch should be formed as a purl stitch keep the yarn at back of
work, slip the first stitch, bring the yarn to the front of the work and purl the
second stitch
