CONTINENTAL TECHNIQUE Lesson 13.1

Correcting Mistakes-How to bring back a lost stitch

  • Insert crochet hook into a lost stitch
  • Make sure that stitch is not twisted
  •  Work this stitch row by row always using yarn between two adjacent stitches
  • Move these two stitches with your left thumb and index fingers away from each to give space for new stitch
  • When you work with woolen yarns with high elastisity, there is always an extra room for one more stitch
  • Shape your work by pulling and stretching stitches around the area
