Place both sides with right side inside
Insert crochet hook into very first selvage stitches
Always keeping the yarn at the back of work, pull the yarn through both stitches at both back and front sides

Keep the newly formed stitch on the hook and pull the yarn through this stitch again
Again, insert the hook into next 2 stitches from both ends.

Now, you have two stitches on the hook. Pull the yarn through these 2 stitches.
Repeat two previous steps
