CONTINENTAL TECHNIQUE Lesson 16.1.1
Binding off stitches knitwise
Insert crochet hook into first and second stitches on the left hand needle and slip both stitches off onto the hook
Always keeping the yarn at the back of work, pull the yarn through these stitches and keep the stitch that is formed on the hook
Slip next stitch from the left hand needle onto the hook again.
Repeat last 2 steps
Always bind off stitches loosly. As a rule, adge of the garment should be as alastic as a garment itself.
