CONTINENTAL TECHNIQUE Lesson 15.b

Connecting Two Yarns-Weaving in with knot

  • Connect end yarn with new yarn from the ball so that each end has about 4cm/1inch
  • Knit in each end one by one keeping short ends at the wrong side
  • Do not cut ends if yarn is slippery.
Use this method with any yarn. However, when working with very slippery yarns, it is better to connect yarns at the end of the row and do not cut ends. Weave in ends when you will be seaming.
