SHIPPING INFO
We use Canada Post Expedited services within North America and USA for mixed orders
(yarns and needles) to insure safe delivery to your doors. Delivery time is 2 business
days for local shipments, 5 business days for outside of Ontario in Canada and up
to 14 business days for USA orders. We provide with tracking number and insurance
up to $100 CAD for each shipment.
For Addi needles only orders, we can use Canada Post Standard service with your
consent that we cannot track the shipment. We do not ship Addi needles only orders
with Canada Post Standard to USA.

For International customers we are offering standard system based on the weight,
size and destination of the package.We will contact you to confirm on S&H charges
prior to processing your order.
All shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping address of the customer.Reduced shipping charges are applied based on the shipping state/province and country.
Because our inventory is stored at the premises of our brick and mortar store, we prepare and ship all orders accordingly to our regular business hours.
The best timing for orders is the beginning of the working week, i.e. Thursday and Wednesday. Then, for Canadian orders there is 99% of possibility to get the order by Friday of the same week; for American orders there is 80% of possibility to get the order by Friday of the following week; for European orders it usually takes about 3 weeks because we ship Canada Post Regular to maintain reasonable shipping cost.
The worst timing for orders is Friday through weekends, because Canada Post does not ship on weekends and our store in closed on Monday (except hectic times in November and December). Even you are getting our system notification about your order, we may not be aware of your order until Tuesday.
