PRIVACY POLICY:
Headwater Wool is determined to safeguard your privacy. Please refer to this policy
every time you purchase products from Headwater Wool. The policy may change so,
please revisit it every time when you make your purchase in order to be familiar
with all updates.
Headwater Wool collects your information for registration and payment processing
purposes. All information collected, including but not limited to customer, name,
address and phone numbers is required to identify a customer with us and with the
credit card companies. In addition we collect you credit card information for the
purpose of processing payments related to the purchases made at Headwater Wool.
We do not hold any safety deposits , related to future purchases. From time to time
we may ask you to pay for the membership services, which are provided on the periodical
basis.
We reserve our right to disclose the information, located on our site to the civil
authorities, such as police and government agencies if requred by laws of the Province
of Ontario and Canadian federal laws. Headwater Wool will never volunteer this information
and will always request proper documentation preceding this disclosure.
We store all sensitive information such as credit card numbers or personal passwords
encrypted in the secure database. All sensitive information travels encrypted between
our servers and your browser. If you have any concerns or suggestion about our SSL
use, please e-mail us at headwaterwool@bellnet.ca. We keep all pages on the server.
We do not require from you to change or lower your security settings in order to
accomodate our site. You must see a lock image, signifying that you communicate
with our server over secure channel. All pages used for registration and ordering
must show this lock image.
